A developer that stays on after the building opens
We build it, then we run it.
Milyadir Infra Projects develops social infrastructure in India: school campuses, hospitals, retail complexes and residential communities. What separates us from most developers is simple. We do not hand the building over and leave. We operate the business inside it.
That changes how we design. A school is planned around how a school day actually runs, a hospital around clinical workflow and service routing. Decisions that a contractor would defer to the occupier get taken while the drawings are still on the table.
