Our Projects
What we are building right now
Milyadir School Campus
A full K-12 campus planned around the school day: classroom blocks separated from laboratories and activity halls, a covered assembly area, playfield and a dedicated transport bay so buses never enter the pedestrian zone.
- Pre-primary to senior secondary
- Science and computer laboratories
- Library, activity and assembly halls
- Playfield, transport bay, parking
Milyadir Multi-Speciality Hospital
A multi-speciality facility with OPD, day-care and inpatient floors stacked so that clinical traffic, service traffic and visitors never share a corridor. Services routing was fixed at foundation stage rather than retro-fitted.
- OPD, day-care and inpatient floors
- Diagnostics and pharmacy
- Dedicated ambulance approach
- Plant room and service cores
Milyadir Retail Complex
A neighbourhood retail complex anchored to the residential catchment rather than to a highway. Line shops, a food court and a basement service level designed for deliveries to happen out of public view.
- Anchor store and line shops
- Food court and family zone
- Basement and surface parking
- Loading bay and service lift
Milyadir Residences
Apartments planned for families who will use the school and the clinic in the same catchment, with cross-ventilated layouts, a clubhouse and open space that is usable rather than decorative.
- Two and three bedroom apartments
- Clubhouse and open space
- Water, power and drainage systems
- Maintained under a Milyadir AMC
