Our Pipeline
Projects under construction and in planning
Our pipeline covers four asset classes across the Delhi NCR corridor: a K-12 school campus, a multi-speciality hospital, a neighbourhood retail complex and residential apartments. Each is at a different stage, and each is planned around the business that will operate inside it. Nothing here is presented as complete.
Where a project is still in planning, that is stated. Where it is under construction, the stage is given. Dates, areas and specifications are indicative and will move as approvals and site conditions dictate.
Under construction
A school campus with classroom, laboratory and activity blocks, a covered assembly area, playfield and separated transport bay. Structure under way; opening targeted for an academic session rather than a calendar date.
In planning
A villa enclave and a light industrial estate are in planning, both sharing access and services with the existing development. Land and approval work is in progress; construction has not started.
What happens next
As each project reaches fit-out we recruit and train the operating team, obtain the sector registration required, and publish progress here. Enquiries received in the meantime are recorded and answered in order.

Stage 1 — Land & Feasibility
Stage 1
Catchment studied, site assessed for access and approvals, and the land tied up or acquired.

Stage 2 — Design & Approvals
Stage 2
Drawings prepared with the operating brief written in, then taken through building sanction and clearances.

Stage 3 — Construction
Stage 3
Structure, services and finishes executed under our own site supervision, billed against measured work.

Stage 4 — Fit-out & Equipment
Stage 4
Furniture, equipment and specialist installations placed, tested and commissioned.

Operating team recruited and trained, sector registration completed, and the asset opened under Milyadir management.
