Multi-Speciality Hospital

The hospital is arranged so that clinical traffic, service traffic and visitors never share a corridor. OPD and day-care sit on the lower floors with direct access from the entrance, inpatient floors are stacked above, and the ambulance approach is separated from the public drop-off entirely.

Services routing was settled at foundation stage. Medical gas lines, electrical risers, plant rooms and effluent treatment are designed in rather than cut into the structure afterwards, which is the most common and most expensive mistake in hospital construction.
