You will take off quantities from drawings, price them against current market rates, and keep the bill of quantities honest from tender stage through to the final bill.

You will keep an operating asset running: maintenance, housekeeping, security, safety audits and statutory compliance across a school, hospital or retail building.

• Three or more years in facility management
• Experience in institutional or retail buildings
• Working knowledge of fire and safety norms
• Calm with people, firm with vendors
• Willing to work rotational shifts

You will help set up and run our school campus: curriculum planning, board affiliation requirements, teacher recruitment and the day-to-day academic calendar.

• Support affiliation and compliance filings
• Plan the academic calendar
• Recruit and induct teaching staff

• Work with parents on academic matters

What we are looking for

• B.Ed with five or more years in schools
• Experience of a board affiliation process
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable in a start-up campus
• Based in Delhi NCR

You will be the first voice a parent, patient, tenant or buyer hears: handling enquiries, booking visits, keeping records current and making sure nothing sits waiting for a reply.

• Handle inbound enquiries and callbacks
• Book and confirm site or campus visits
• Maintain enquiry and client records
• Follow up on pending documents
• Escalate anything that needs a decision

What we are looking for

• One to three years in client servicing
• Fluent English and Hindi
