How We Work Together
If you hold a site that fits our catchment criteria, we will assess it and come back within a week. Where it works, we structure a joint development with the terms, the share and the timelines written down before anything begins. Title is verified independently.
Academic leaders, clinicians, retail operators and design consultants are engaged early enough to shape the building rather than inherit it. Their brief goes into the drawings before the structure is frozen, which is the only point at which it is cheap to change.
Send your company profile, GST and PAN details, trade references and rate list. We visit a running job of yours before empanelment. Bills are certified within seven days of measurement and paid on the agreed cycle, and variations are quoted in writing before execution.
