Retail Complex
A neighbourhood retail complex anchored to the residential catchment rather than to a highway. An anchor store, line shops and a food court on the upper level, with the basement service floor arranged so that deliveries happen out of public view.
We lease and manage the complex ourselves. Tenant mix is planned around what the surrounding households actually need rather than around whoever bids highest, because a retail street that loses its footfall in the second year takes everything else down with it.
