A light industrial estate laid out for small and mid-sized units: internal roads sized for container movement, power and water at the plot boundary, effluent handling designed for the permitted trades, and a common facilities block.
Units can be taken as developed plots or as build-to-suit sheds, with Milyadir handling design, approvals and construction. Estate maintenance, security and common services are managed by our facility team rather than left to an association to organise later.
