The people who build and run each project
Each desk and the part of a project it owns
Sets the project pipeline, approves land acquisition and signs off every development budget.
Owns delivery: drawings, contractors, site supervision and the schedule from mobilisation to handover.
Academic brief, affiliation and board requirements, and the running of each campus after it opens.
Clinical planning, equipment specification, licensing and hospital operations once commissioned.
Tenant mix, leasing, handover to residents and the maintenance regime that follows.
Architectural and services coordination, building sanction, fire and environmental clearances.
Upkeep, security, housekeeping, safety audits and statutory compliance across all operating assets.
First point of contact for admissions, patients, tenants, buyers and partner enquiries.
Where our time and our people actually go
Each project has one named owner from land to opening day. There is no layer of coordinators between the site and the person who signs the cheque, which is why decisions on a Milyadir site take hours rather than weeks.
The people who will run the school or the hospital review the drawings before they are frozen. A principal and a hospital administrator will catch things in a plan that no architect is paid to notice.
Teachers, clinicians, facility staff and administrators are recruited ahead of commissioning and trained before the doors open, because an asset that opens understaffed never fully recovers its reputation.
